Terms of Service
1. Who we are
squirebuilds.com is run by Squire Builds, a sole proprietorship operated by Vincent Demeulenaere, based in Belgium. You can reach us at privacy@squirebuilds.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website and to the internal tools Squire Builds runs from it, such as Squire Builds Stats, which reads engagement numbers for Squire Builds' own social media accounts. By using this site or those tools, you agree to these terms.
3. Our apps have their own terms
WeekSquire and GameSquire are separate products with their own terms and privacy policies, shown in or linked from each app. Those terms, not this page, govern your use of the apps. WeekSquire's terms are at weeksquire.com/terms.
4. Using this site
You may read and share the content on this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy it wholesale, misrepresent it as your own, or try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or the tools behind it.
5. Content and trademarks
The text, guides, logos and design on this site belong to Squire Builds unless stated otherwise. WeekSquire, GameSquire and Squire Builds are names used by Squire Builds.
6. Third-party services
This site links to app stores and third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Bluesky and X. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for their content or availability. Where our internal tools connect to a platform, they only access accounts Squire Builds owns and only with that platform's permission.
7. No guarantees
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided as is. Guides are general information, not professional advice, and the site may change or be unavailable at times.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Squire Builds isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the site and our tools change. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
